About the Role
Spilastyle CC T/A Top Notch HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Vice President to oversee lithium salt plant operations in Zimbabwe and China. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lithium salt production, preferably with experience in Africa, and a solid understanding of lithium extraction technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Make production plan, coordinate the whole process operation, ensuring OEE, yield, cost, and other indicators meet the standard.
- Establish a safety culture, promote quality system landing, and lead analysis and improvement of major customer complaints.
- Responsible for team building, training, and motivation, promoting effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- College degree or above
- 8-10 years of experience in the chemical industry
- 3+ years as a production director in a lithium salt factory
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to adapt to a cross-cultural environment and work effectively in Southern Africa

Salary & Benefits
- Annual salary range: R600K – R800K, 12 monthly
