About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and hospitality-minded Lodge Manager to lead our luxury 5* Lodge in Komatipoort, Kruger National Park. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences and overseeing the daily operations of our boutique safari lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver world-class guest service
- Oversee all departments including front-of-house, housekeeping, food & beverage, game drives and maintenance
- Manage budgets, stock control and operational costs effectively
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety and environmental practices
- Foster positive guest relations and uphold the lodge’s brand values
- Work closely with reservations, marketing and head office to drive occupancy and revenue growth
Requirements
- Grade 12 A formal hospitality qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years’ lodge or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A hands-on approach with an eye for detail and service excellence
- Sound financial and administrative understanding
