Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Sourcing and hiring top talent for various lodge positions.
• Onboarding: Facilitating smooth integration of new employees into the team.
• Policy Management: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Staff Training: Conducting regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and customer service.
• Conflict Resolution: Addressing workplace disputes efficiently and fairly.
• Payroll: Managing payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor regulations and lodge standards.

Requirements

• Relevant HR degree or diploma
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations
