About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage our branch operations within the refrigeration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, solid technical knowledge of refrigeration products, and the ability to drive operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, improve, and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyse product sales performance, identifying and resolving issues contributing to slow-moving stock.
  • Review and report on item group sales performance to the Sales Manager.
  • Drive branch profitability through strong sales management and operational control.
