About the Role

We are seeking an Admin Assistant/HR Support to join our team in Paarl. As an integral part of our administrative function, you will be responsible for providing support with HR-related administration and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with HR-related administration (warnings, contracts, issuing work clothing, etc.)
  • Managing and keeping stock records for items such as gloves, masks, and stickers
  • Maintaining stock for workshop consumables such as oil, rags, and other supplies
  • General administrative duties
  • Helping to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in their work
  • A go-getter with initiative who is able to take ownership of tasks
  • Organised, neat, and very precise in their work
  • Energy and drive to get things done
  • Ability to work well in a team and grow within the role
