About the Role

Network Finance is seeking a highly skilled Credit & Pricing Analyst to join their team in the Western Cape region. As a key member of the analytics team, you will be responsible for building and refining pricing models, developing forecasting models, and enhancing credit risk models to drive business performance and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, refine and monitor pricing models to ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Develop forecasting models for repayment rates, portfolio losses and credit performance.
  • Enhance credit risk models through backtesting, segmentation and behavioural analysis.
  • Prototype new analytical solutions to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
  • Analyse portfolio trends, identify performance drivers and present actionable recommendations.
  • Partner closely with commercial and underwriting teams to ensure strategies deliver real-world impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Honours degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in credit risk, pricing, financial modelling or data science.
  • Experience in fintech, lending or financial services advantageous.
