About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and presentable Receptionist to join our team at Cora O’Neil Recruitment Agency in Pretoria East. As a first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception duties for law firm (2 legal divisions – Litigation and Conveyancing Departments)
- Diary management for 3 boardrooms
- Assist with daily admin (e.g. couriers, filing, sorting of mail etc.)
- Client liaison
- Direct calls to correct department
Requirements
- Presentable and reliable Afrikaans speaking preferably female
- Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
- Matric a must
- Recently matriculated with no/limited work experience (entry level) OR recent reception experience in a corporate working environment
- Preference to candidates with experience at a law firm
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Calm and strong personality, with excellent prioritising skills
- Strong communication- and administration skills
- Non smoker/non vaper
- Drivers license A MUST
- Computer literate in MS Office

Salary & Benefits
- R 8 000 gross (with no experience / entry level / other industry experience)
- R 9 000 – R 12 000 gross MAXIMUM (with recent reception / admin experience in a corporate working environment)
- Annual increase and performance-based bonus in December
