About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team at Stonebridge HR Solutions. As a Centurion in our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the success of our long term insurance and brokerage operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
  • 4+ years Experience within the long term insurance / Brokerage
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (Essential)
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid drivers license and own transport
