About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hoedspruit, responsible for maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems of our packhouse facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment
- Conduct repairs and replacements as needed, working within a budget
- Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize system performance
Requirements
- Relevant qualification as Millwright or Electrician
- Minimum 3 years experience as Maintenance Technician in packhouse environment
- Experience with maintenance procedure and systems (electrical and mechanical)
- Food Health and Safety certification
- Proven ability to work within a budget for maintenance and repairs
- Proficient in MS Office
