Job Description
Hire Resolve is assisting a leading fabrication company in their search for a Senior Finance Manager to be based in Krugersdorp. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring efficient financial management and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor and analyze financial performance
- Develop and implement financial processes and controls
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management
- Manage financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (CA, CMA, etc.) is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial operations and regulations
- Experience in the fabrication or manufacturing industry is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
