About the Role
The Yes4Youth Programme Human Capital Recruitment Administrator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring the smooth operation of the core recruitment process and the administration of various HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Capturing information on Human Capital Platform
- Consolidation of Human Capital monthly report
- Accurate data capturing of HC Projects in Excel, Word / PowerPoint
- Recruitment and management of andBeyond Footprints
- Liaising with traditional and digital recruitment using Talent Genie
- Statistical analysis of recruitment trends
- Maintaining and updating Agent Preferred Suppliers List
- Supporting HC Bateleur House with andBeyond Life implementation
- Assisting on Switchboard when needed
Requirements
- Advanced Computer Skills in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Developed prioritising and planning skills
- Attention to detail must be an innate skill
- Ability to work under pressure and on several projects simultaneously
- Good writing skills
- Good communication and People skills
- Flexibility
- Collaboration and communication skills when liaising with all management/directors as well as andBeyonders
Qualifications
- Qualification in Human Resources
