Financial Manager

This role is suited to a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, scaling environment and is eager to play a strategic role in business growth. This role can be classified as a mid-level role in a manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements

Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or CIMA qualification

3 years experience in a similar mid-level role within a manufacturing or production environment

Strong grounding in financial management, business administration, and business control
-
Proven track record within manufacturing or production operations

Experience building, structuring, or professionalizing finance functions in growing businesses

Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex financial data
-
Comfortable operating in pre-profit, high-growth, or scaling environments
-
Experience with compliance processes, including BBBEE

Exposure to the following ‘preferred’:

ERP systems

Short term insurance (Commercial)
