Job Description

Duties and responsibilities: Production of order of magnitude and elemental estimates Production of bills of quantities Contract management i.e. production of variation orders, cost reports, payment certificates Production of final accounts Attendance of project meetings Chairing of meetings where required General office administration Liaison with design consulting team Liaison with client General and adhoc project reporting Requirements: Valid drivers license National Diploma Building BTech in QS would be advantageous At least 2 years in a professional consulting office Good communication skills Effective time management in order to meet deadlines Ability to work independently Technical knowledge
