Applicants must have the following requirements:Must have a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.Must have 20+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects.Must have proven stadium project experience, such as sports, arenas, and large public venues.Must have extensive Gulf / Middle East experience, such as KSA, UAE, and Qatar.Must have a strong background in high-value, complex projects such as mega developments, hospitality, mixed-use or infrastructure.Must have demonstrated leadership at Construction Director / Project Director level.Must have solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, commercial management, and contractor coordination.Must have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.If you don’t hear back from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
