Job Description
Hire Resolve is on the lookout for a highly skilled Human Resource Business Partner to join our client’s multinational manufacturing team. As an HRBP, you will be instrumental in driving HR strategies that support organizational objectives and foster a culture of engagement and high performance across the company.
Start Date: After November 2024
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR consultation and support.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals.
- Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding.
- Conduct training needs assessments and facilitate development programs.
- Oversee employee performance management processes and support talent development.
- Handle employee relations matters and resolve any conflicts or grievances.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer, Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions.
- Ability to make proactive decisions and take charge where necessary
- HR SDF Accreditation is a bonus, but not necessary (training can be provided)
- Prior experience in a very fast-paced manufacturing environment is necessary
- South African ID
- SAP/Sage 300 Experience is a bonus, not required
- Advanced Excel is required
