Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full daily operations of the site, including reporting and administration
- Manage cash handling processes such as cash-ups, banking, and reconciliations
- Take ownership of stock management across fuel and retail (ordering, control, stock takes)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities, growing customer accounts, and running promotions
- Monitor and work towards sales targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational standards
- Lead, manage, and support staff, including scheduling and on-the-job training
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning effectively and report issues when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (retail, fuel, FMCG, or similar environments advantageous)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good communication skills (English required; additional languages beneficial)
- A hands-on leader who can motivate and manage a team
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
- Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
- Experience in a filling station or fuel environment
- Experience managing stock and cash controls
