About the Role
As a Junior Spa Manager at Craven Cottage CC, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury spa, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving revenue growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, facility cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Assist in recruiting, training, mentoring, and scheduling therapists and receptionists.
- Provide 5-star service standards to clients, resolve client complaints, and drive revenue through service and retail product sales.
- Monitor and order spa supplies, products, and equipment.
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and implementing marketing strategies.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 1–3 years in a luxury spa environment, with some experience in a supervisory or senior therapist role.
- Recognized spa or beauty therapy qualification (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, or similar diploma).
- Proficiency in spa management software (e.g., booking systems) and MS Office.
