About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their team in George, Western Cape. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will provide product information, support sales operations, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and goal-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of electrical and solar products is an advantage.
