About the Role
Headsup Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Data Quality Manager to join our remote team. As a key member of our data acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our organizational data. With a focus on establishing and maintaining strong data quality processes, this mid-junior level position offers an opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular data quality assessments to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Identify root causes of data issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support quality assurance and validation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Monitor and report on data quality KPIs.
- Maintain documentation of data processes and protocols.
- Deliver training sessions on data quality best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in data management, data quality, accounting, or related roles.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
