About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with High-Voltage Transmission line construction experience to join our team based in Kuruman/ Hotazel (Northern, Cape). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership and coordination of all transmission line construction activities, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and coordination of all transmission line construction activities
- Ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, technical and safety standards
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams and contractors
- Conduct project scheduling, quality control, safety compliance and contract administration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or civil engineering or related field
- Project Management (PMP) and OHS certifications advantageous
- Minimum 7-10 years site management experience in High-Voltage Transmission line construction preferably on Eskom Lines or Substations
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and contractors
