About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Training Facilitator to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal. As a Junior Management role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with various regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & implement training strategy, materials, and programs
  • Conduct skills gap analysis and manage training budgets
  • Facilitate technical and operational training
  • Manage learnerships, apprenticeships, and graduate programs
  • Ensure compliance with WSP, ATR, and HR reporting requirements
  • Promote safety through training and competency development
  • Maintain accurate training records and reporting

Requirements

  • Relevant Engineering qualification
  • Trade Test (Millwright advantageous)
  • HRD qualification or willingness to study (advantageous)
  • 5 years or more experience as a Technical Trainer
  • Registered/qualified SDF
  • Strong leadership, admin, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of EE, SDL, SD Act & SAQA
