About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Training Facilitator to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal. As a Junior Management role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with various regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & implement training strategy, materials, and programs
- Conduct skills gap analysis and manage training budgets
- Facilitate technical and operational training
- Manage learnerships, apprenticeships, and graduate programs
- Ensure compliance with WSP, ATR, and HR reporting requirements
- Promote safety through training and competency development
- Maintain accurate training records and reporting
Requirements
- Relevant Engineering qualification
- Trade Test (Millwright advantageous)
- HRD qualification or willingness to study (advantageous)
- 5 years or more experience as a Technical Trainer
- Registered/qualified SDF
- Strong leadership, admin, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of EE, SDL, SD Act & SAQA
