About the Role
As an Instore Sales Promoter at Homemark, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and increasing sales through direct engagement with customers. You will be responsible for promoting our products to customers in various retail settings, including stores, events, trade shows, and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase brand awareness among target audiences
- Generate interest in products and drive sales through direct customer engagement
- Promote products to customers in retail stores, events, trade shows, or public spaces
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly to customers
- Set up and dismantle promotional displays or booths as required
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
- Answer customer questions and address concerns in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong product knowledge and ability to promote products effectively
- Basic math skills and ability to track sales targets
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods
