About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Clerk to join our team in East London, responsible for managing Invoicing and Processing Functions (IHT). The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- IHT QC and Corrections
- PRF quality review
- Execution of PRF corrections
- IHT QC Spreadsheet Management
- Seamless IHT processing – timeous, efficient PRF conversion to payment
- Efficient and accurate case upload
- Accurate, efficient invoicing of IHTs
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
- Post-school admin courses advantageous
