About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller for a Luxury Lodge in Thabazimbi, Limpopo, to manage and control inventory across multiple departments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit-ready reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control inventory across F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Retail, and OE departments
- Conduct GRNs, transfers, wastage, and reconciliations
- Investigate variances and compile month-end reports
- Lead stock counts and ensure SOP compliance
- Collaborate with HODs and Finance to maintain accurate records
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in a similar Inventory Controller within hospitality
- Strong understanding of stock control across F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Retail, and OE
- Experience with MyStock, MyInventory, or POS systems (TallOrder or similar)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
