Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Agent to join their team in Blackheath. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring all operations are running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of construction on sites to achieve required project delivery to the client objectives on me to required standards.
Maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.
Deliver multiple on-going projects, to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance.
Work closely with the Contract Manager, Engineers, Surveyors and Clients to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner whilst Client requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.
Managing and appointment of sub-contractors and project specific staff.
Drafting letters and notices to Principal Agent.
Managing and updating all project correspondence.
Liaising with all stakeholders and ac ng as interface between project and client.
Produce good quality, accurate monthly reports for internal use.
Project planning and implementation.
Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completed.
Provide feedback and solutions with regards to on-site ac vi es.
Compile Certificates with measurements of work completed during the month.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
Previous experience working as a Site Agent or similar role
Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Good understanding of the Construction Industry.
Understand the requirements for Asphalt Annual Tender work for Municipalities.
5 Years Senior experience in Asphalt Paving and Management of Asphalt Paving Team.
Valid driver’s license
