About the Role
As the most senior leader for the South African operation, you will own regional performance, delivery excellence, and team engagement across a 90100-person, multi-client workforce. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role ideal for a BPO leader ready to grow into a bigger mandate. With full visibility and influence, youll work closely with global leadership to drive client outcomes, expand capacity, and embed a scalable, people-first culture. Key Responsibilities
- Regional Leadership: Serve as the senior-most leader for South Africa, fully accountable for business outcomes and regional performance.
- Operational Excellence: Own day-to-day operations across all South African client accounts, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks are consistently met or exceeded.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a credible voice in senior-level discussions and escalations.
- People & Culture: Lead, inspire, and develop a remote, multi-level team; drive engagement, communication, and talent development.
- Growth Enablement: Support and scale operations to meet growing demand, while contributing to longer-term planning such as opening a local office.
- Business Ownership: Manage regional logistics and administrative needs as part of full business ownership.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in BPO or a similar high-volume service delivery environment
- Strong operational leadership skills, including multi-client and remote team management
- Track record of leading from the front, deep operational involvement, not just strategic oversight
- Exposure to international client relationships, particularly U.S.-based
- Ability to communicate clearly and credibly at all levels, including executive
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build, grow, and take accountability
