About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Camp Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury private game reserve in Sabi Sands. As a hands-on professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and upholding the lodge’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all camp operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences
• Lead, mentor, and manage the lodge team to maintain high service standards
• Manage budgets, resources, and camp inventory efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and conservation protocols
• Maintain operational excellence
Requirements
Proven experience as a Camp Manager or in a senior management role within luxury safari lodges
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a remote, high-end safari environment
Salary & Benefits
R20,000 – R28,000 per annum (negotiable)
