About the Role
Planet Fitness is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Locker Room Attendant in Sandton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our locker rooms, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the wet and dry areas within the locker rooms
- Maintain brand standards compliance in all aspects of the locker room look and feel
- Ensure all consumables are fully stocked and installed
- Check that equipment is fully functional, including steam irons, locker mechanisms, and soap dispensers
- Complete Health and Safety related matters to ensure a compliant facility
- Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous personal and professional development
- Stay up-to-date with all company communication and policy or procedures relevant to the department
- Manage and ensure adherence to financial stock control procedures

- Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols
- Ability to lift and move equipment (if applicable)
