About the Role
A leading renewable energy firm is seeking a suitably qualified professional to manage a broad range of financial functions across multiple group entities. This role is critical to the integrity of all financial records and supports both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers across multiple group entities.
- Process supplier invoices, performing three-way matching with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Update, reconcile, and monitor bank accounts daily to ensure absolute accuracy.
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs with full supporting documentation.
- Manage intercompany invoicing and reconciliations to ensure cross-entity transactions are balanced.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- SAIPA registration is essential.
- Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably within a multi-entity environment.
- Strong working knowledge of South African tax legislation and IFRS.
