About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Moulder to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our Foundry, you will be responsible for manually ramming moulds, ensuring correct sand and binder usage, and contributing to the production of high-quality castings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually ram moulds using various types of sands
- Ensure correct sands & binders are being used
- Set moulding boxes around patterns & clean & smooth moulds/cores
- Position cores into lower sections of moulds
- Pour melting moulds, manually or using crane ladles
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years’ moulding experience within a Foundry Industry or related Industry. Relevant trade testing is mandatory.
