About the Role
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our company’s Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards and global operational benchmarks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the quality management system
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and global operational benchmarks
- Conduct quality audits and process evaluations
- Implement continual improvement initiatives
- Provide training and drive engagement in quality assurance practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, industrial lubricants and coolants, or manufacturing sector is advantageous
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications not specified
Salary & Benefits
R24,000 – R25,966 per annum, dependent on experience and qualification
