About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Approved Repair Centre Manager to join our team in Nelspruit, Mbombela. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our repair centre, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians and support staff
- Oversee repair workflow, job costing, WIP, productivity, and turnaround times
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships, insurer partnerships, fleet management, and service provider collaborations
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Mbombela market and identify opportunities for new business growth
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Valid driver’s licence
- 35 years experience in the motor industry (workshop, body repair, service, or aftersales environment)
- Supervisory or management experience in a repair centre or dealership environment
- Strong understanding of repair workflow, job costing, WIP, productivity, and turnaround times
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
Qualifications
- Trade qualification or business/motor industry management qualification
