About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client in the Paper Manufacturing industry is urgently seeking an experienced Millwright to join their team in Gauteng. We are looking for a skilled professional who can provide expertise in electrical and mechanical maintenance, design, and installation of equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of all equipment
- Design, build and installation
- Scheduling of maintenance of machinery
- Maintenance of buildings and facilities
- Continued improvements and upgrade of all equipment
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic knowledge and repairs
- PLC knowledge
- Adherence to housekeeping and health and safety regulations
- Performing all adhoc duties as required by Supervisor or Factory Manager
Requirements
- Matric/N3 educational qualification PLUS a tertiary qualification as a trade tested millwright
- A working knowledge of printing machinery and advantage but not necessary
- Ability to work according to high standards of accuracy at all time
- Good problem-solving abilities together with a creative approach to finding solutions to breakdowns and maintenance
- Working with a sense of urgency
- Keeping a clean working area at all times
- Keeping a safe and healthy working environment
- Be detail orientated
- Work effectively with others
- Must have their own tools
- Have a drivers license and reliable car
- Must be physically fit
- Must not have a criminal record

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R500k – R400k p/a (salary negotiable)
