About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Junior Lodge Administrator for a luxury safari lodge in the North West. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys administrative work, and is eager to grow within the hospitality industry while living in a unique bush setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with general administrative duties to support lodge operations
• Manage and update guest information and booking details
• Support with daily reports and record keeping
• Handle correspondence and internal communication
• Ensure all administrative processes are accurate and up to date
• Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or hospitality role advantageous. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work well within a team environment.
Salary & Benefits
R12,000 per month (live-in), 7% company contribution to provident fund (from month 4), 50% medical aid subsidy (capped at R1,800 per month, from month 4)
