About the Role
We are seeking a confident and service-driven Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at a well-established hotel in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in front office operations, guest experience, and team leadership in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the front desk team during shifts
- Ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
- Assist with daily reporting, cash-ups, and shift controls
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years ’ experience in a Front Office supervisory role within a hotel
- Strong working knowledge of OPERA PMS (essential)
- Experience in a busy, high-volume hotel environment
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Well-presented, reliable, and able to lead by example
Qualifications
- South African Citizen
- Matric/Grade 12
