About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse/Operations Charge Hand to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Manage order process and assist in logistical planning.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
- Achieve warehouse targets.
Requirements
Skills and experience required for this role include:
- Relevant experience in a warehouse or operational setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Qualifications
Formal education or certifications are not necessarily required for this role. However, relevant qualifications such as an NQF level 4 or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field may be advantageous.
