About the Role
The Storeman role at Cre8work! involves taking control of all deliveries and issuing of equipment and materials, while also performing various tasks to monitor and maintain inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory control of merchandise or material
- Receive incoming and outgoing shipments in accordance with documentation issued
- Evaluate inventory levels, identify stock items, and manage replenishing hereof
- Prepare an action plan with the management team on reducing current warehouse stock
- Ensure receiving process of all stock is managed, recorded, and communicated to interested parties
- Coordinate packing of Project orders as per delivery notes
- Implement general storage location system within the warehouse
- Label shelving correctly and ensure it ties in with SAP or manual system if applicable
- Conduct monthly reporting
- Attend weekly store meetings
- Coordinate quarterly stock takes and provide feedback
- Manage warehouse staff, implement, and monitor KPI for each individual
