About the Role
The IT Systems Analyst role at Aleon Pty Ltd is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s IT systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and reviewing design components to identify ways to streamline business and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and management to gather system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems or enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and applications.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and guidelines, and provide training and support to end-users.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to optimize systems and processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Implement and manage data backup solutions to safeguard critical information.
- Monitor security protocols, conduct regular security audits, and implement necessary measures to protect against cybersecurity threats.
- Comply with all Company Policies and Procedures and workflow processes.
- Build strong relationships with the branch and site administrators as well as management.

Qualifications
- A bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field is beneficial. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
