About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Resort Manager to join our pre-opening team at a world-class ultra-luxury resort in Seychelles. As a leader, you will shape service excellence and deliver an unforgettable guest experience in a truly iconic island setting. If you have a strong Rooms Division and guest services background, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rooms division team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Develop and implement service standards that exceed industry benchmarks
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless execution of resort operations
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Manage and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in Rooms Division and guest services (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and German, with at least one additional language spoken
- Availability to travel and relocate on a single-status expatriate package
