About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in our UK healthcare staffing market. As a South Africa-based remote worker, you will be supporting the UK market and working to secure temporary staffing placements within the NHS framework. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, target-driven individual to join our team and contribute to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proven experience in business development within healthcare staffing.
- Identify and secure new clients within the UK healthcare sector.
- Develop relationships with NHS trusts and healthcare providers across England and Wales.
- Leverage existing NHS framework agreements to win new business.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to client onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed quarterly client acquisition targets.
