About the Role
Reinhardt Transport is seeking an experienced Fleet Controller to join our team in Rustenburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fleet management, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles and drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage fleet operations, wages, tracking, fuel consumption, route planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate driver schedules, routes and assignments, ensure compliance with regulations and Company policies.
- Liaise with drivers on a regular basis providing updates and resolving any issues.
- Track orders and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and safety standards.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained, including scheduling of services and COF inspections for vehicles to remain in a safe and roadworthy condition.
- Generate reports on fleet performance, efficiency, productivity and any other reporting required by management.
Requirements
- Education: Matric
- Experience: Previous experience in fleet management (at least 2 – 3 years) or related field
- Knowledge: Knowledge of fleet management and technology i.e. tracking will be an advantage
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication: Excellent communication skills as well as organisational abilities
Salary & Benefits
R156 000.00 – R225 000.00 CTC per annum, additional monthly production bonus after successful training period and upon fleet allocation.
