About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our dynamic and growing team. This hands-on, varied role bridges marketing and sales functions, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting campaigns, events, content, and customer engagement initiatives that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing activities: social media scheduling, campaign tracking, Google AdWords maintenance.
- Coordinate content creation and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Coordinate internal and external communication for marketing initiatives.
- Support event coordination and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations for weekly meetings.
- Keep marketing folders, templates, and assets organised.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or a related field).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of email marketing and digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with Canva or other marketing and design tools is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. MS CE, Salesforce, HubSpot) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with using AI tools would be advantageous.
Qualifications
- Relevant certifications would be advantageous.
