About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our Organizational Effectiveness function, driving culture shift, inclusion, and sustainable high performance across our organization. The successful candidate will leverage employee insights, data analysis, and behavioural science to inform practical interventions and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate employee, culture, and behavioural insights into practical, evidence-based interventions that enable culture shift, inclusion, and sustainable high performance
- Review and integrate employee data sources (surveys, OHI, engagement data, pulse surveys, qualitative feedback) to create a unified Voice of the Employee (VoE) view
- Design and guide the development of an integrated VoE dashboard with clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Translate DEI strategy into practical allyship and inclusion interventions, including communication and change approaches
- Support rollout of gender differences action plans, including milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment
- Analyse and interpret Organizational Health Index (OHI) results and translate them into actionable culture workstreams
- Enable enterprise-wide culture shifts focused on high performance, collaboration, and entrepreneurial energy
- Align and optimise existing initiatives across wellbeing, recognition, leadership, and performance enablement portfolios
- Design and implement an Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Forum partnership model across group and clusters
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related field
- Proven experience in Organizational Effectiveness, culture transformation, or HR strategy roles
- Strong experience working with employee insights, engagement data, and survey analysis (e.g. OHI)
- Experience designing and implementing DEI strategies and change interventions
- Strong understanding of behavioural science and its application in organisational contexts
- Experience in culture transformation, leadership enablement, and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
