About the Role
Network Contracting is seeking a Seasoned Agile Coach to champion transformation and unlock value across teams and business units in our corporate and investment banking industry client. As an Agile Coach, you will lead and embed agile practices, frameworks, and mindsets across teams, driving continuous improvement, strengthening collaboration, and delivering impactful solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and embed agile practices, frameworks, and mindsets across teams
- Coach and mentor teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Extreme Programming, and Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD)
- Facilitate key agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics, feedback, and agile maturity assessments
- Enable collaboration across business and technology teams
- Deliver agile training and upskilling initiatives for new and existing staff
- Partner with leadership to enhance delivery capability and organisational effectiveness
- Identify risks early and guide teams toward proactive solutions
Requirements
- 6–8 years’ experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Agile environments
- Strong expertise in agile frameworks and when to apply them effectively
- Proven ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience driving agile transformation within complex environments
- Collaborative mindset with excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
