About the Role
CD Vision Marketing is seeking energetic and motivated Matric graduates to join our dynamic team as In-Store Sales Consultants. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to drive sales growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
- Confident communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be available to work in-store
- South African ID (matric certificate/grade 12)
Qualifications
- Formal education: Matric certificate/Grade 12
Salary & Benefits
- Earning potential: R1000 – R4000 per month, based on performance (commission-based)
- Weekly incentives and bonuses for top performers
