About the Role
A casino and hotel group is seeking an experienced Complex Hotel General Manager to oversee the hospitality / hotel operations within a complex with 5 hotels, large Convention Centre and various f&b outlets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple properties and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hospitality / hotel operations within a complex with 5 hotels, large Convention Centre and various f&b outlets
- Manage and lead a team of senior executives to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification
- Solid hotel and operations management experience in 4* hotels as GM of over 12 years
- Hotel General Management experience with Multi properties (minimum 3 hotels with over 600 rooms)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Business Management skills
- Financial acumen and good understanding of company P&Ls
