About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Lodge Administrator to join a luxury private game reserve located in Hoedspruit. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven hospitality professional who thrives in a structured yet dynamic bush environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all lodge administrative functions and daily office operations

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal documentation

• Support reservations, guest communication, and booking coordination

• Assist with financial administration including invoices, petty cash, and stock control

• Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments

• Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house, housekeeping, and management teams

• Support payroll inputs and HR-related administrative tasks

• Maintain organised filing systems and compliance documentation

• Assist with guest service support when required

Requirements

Previous experience in a lodge or hospitality administration role

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach
