About the Role

A refined and service-driven Butler is sought to join a luxury hospitality group in Cape Town, delivering bespoke butler service to high-profile and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke butler service to VIP and suite guests, ensuring seamless stays
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalise every aspect of the experience
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams to ensure flawless service delivery
  • Manage guest requests with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Oversee in-room dining setups, unpacking/packing services, and special arrangements

Requirements

  • This position is not open to expats
  • Previous experience as a Butler or in luxury hospitality (5-star hotel or private residence)
  • Strong understanding of formal service standards & etiquette
