About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Guide or Trails Guide to join our team at Craven Cottage CC. As a key member of our guiding team, you will be responsible for leading game drives and walks, ensuring exceptional guiding experience for our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our lodge operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting game drives and walks.
- Ensure guiding experience is of top standard.
- Make sure all equipment is clean and functional.
- Assist with lodge operations.
- Bush clearing and road works during down season.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating in Big 5 / 5* environment.
- Passion for Conservation & Ecology.
- Lead Trails Guide qualification.
- FGASA level 2 (Level 1 will be considered, depending on experience).
- ARH qualification.
- Firearm proficiencies & SAPS firearm clearance certificate.
- NDT registered.
- Valid First Aid.
- Valid PrDP.
