About the Role
As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that maximise the hotel’s revenue performance. You will oversee demand management, pricing strategies, and inventory control while ensuring strong collaboration between the Reservations, Sales, and MICE teams.
This role requires a commercially minded hospitality professional who is comfortable analysing market trends, forecasting demand, and driving revenue performance across both transient and group segments.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Commercial Leadership
- Develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR, and REVPAR
– Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to optimise revenue performance
– Analyse pick-up reports, booking pace, and forecasting data to guide commercial decisions
– Collaborate with Sales and Reservations teams to maximise conversion and revenue opportunities
– Manage group pricing strategies and room block allocations in alignment with demand and operational capacity
Reservations & Distribution Management
- Oversee reservations performance and demand management processes
– Ensure accurate use of Opera PMS and relevant sales and catering systems
– Manage rate loading, distribution channels, and OTA strategies
– Monitor channel performance and optimise inventory allocation across all platforms
Commercial Planning & Forecasting
- Prepare regular revenue forecasts and performance reports
– Monitor key performance indicators including REVPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share
– Support the annual budgeting process and commercial planning
– Identify opportunities to grow revenue through segmentation, pricing, and market strategies
Cross Departmental Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Front Office, Finance, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams
– Review group opportunities and business pipeline to ensure alignment with revenue strategy
– Participate in weekly commercial and operational meetings
Quality Assurance & Systems Compliance
- Ensure data accuracy across reservations, segmentation, and guest profiles
– Maintain strong reporting standards and revenue analytics
– Ensure adherence to brand standards and internal revenue management procedures
Required Experience
-3–5+ years’ experience in hotel revenue management or reservations management
– Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting, and demand analysis
– Proven experience managing transient and group segmentation
– Experience working with Opera PMS and hotel revenue systems
– Strong understanding of distribution strategy, OTAs, and channel management
– Experience in branded hotel environments (e.g., IHG, Marriott, Hilton) advantageous
– French and English Speaking
– Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills
